Worship
Sunday Eucharist 10:00 AM The people of Christ Church gather each Sunday at 10:00 a.m. for Holy Eucharist. Our service is based on Rite II in the 1979 Book of Common Prayer. The Episcopal Church , we provide many opportunities for participation in worship, including acolytes, readers, eucharistic ministers, ushers, greeters and the choir. Our choir, under the direction of the Rev'd. Randy Lee Webster, M. Div, augments the Mass year round with selections from not only the 1982 Hymnal, but Wonder, Love and Praise, and Lift Every Voice and Sing II, and other sources. The selection of music reflects the rich diversity of background our congregation brings to services. Each week, we follow Mass with an opportunity for fellowship. Parishoners take turns providing refreshments, a role we call "Angel Host". In addition, special occasions are often marked by a complete meal prepared and enjoyed by parishoners. Misa en Español Cada semana, celebramos la Misa en español los domingos al mediodía Wednesday Evening Eucharist Wednesday evenings, we hold a simple Mass at 7:00 p.m. On weeks that contain a Holy Day or other significant feast day, this Mass may not occur.
